Introduction of Exhibition hall and Policy on Exhibition promotion of the 7 th China Flower Expo.

The indoor exhibition of the 7 th China Flower Expo consists of main exhibition hall and trade and sales area 。

The main exhibition hall contains 7 departments, area of 46000 square meters, which has 53 special exhibition booths, 122 standard booths(9 square meters) , 8 flower modeling points, 33 service functional points including exhibition working, reception , meeting etc, and other public space including the decoration , advertisements ,propaganda etc.

The trade and sales area is located at Northern China Flower Trade Center . The area contains 7 departments, 150000 square meters, which has 18 special exhibition booths, 1208 standard booths(9 square meters) , 12 flower modeling points, 3 functional points including service, information and business leisure, 4 meeting room, office and VIP, and other public space including the decoration , advertisements, propaganda etc.

1 、 The Office freely provides the necessary water, electricity for the exhibitors, and helps the outdoor exhibitors contact the suppliers of soil, grave and other materials.

2 、 The Office helps participants arrange the accommodation.

3 、 The Office is in charge of the safety and protection of the exhibits.

4 、 If the participation units need to order flowers, nursery stock and other special materials, the Office will offer the name list of good reputation suppliers, and the participation units will negotiate the order on their own,

5 、 The Office will provide the name list of the local construction enterprises, which have good aptitudes on garden construction, the participation units choose it on their own.

6 、 Exposition Business Center is set up to provide series of services, including industry and commerce, customs, finance, quarantine and so on.

7 、 The booth fee in Indoor area is 4000 RMB / standard booth ( 3m * 3m ). A participating team consisting of more than 5 enterprises can enjoy 3,000 RMB / standard booth ( 3m * 3m ), more than 10 enterprises--2000 RMB / standard booth, more than 20 enterprises--1000 RMB / standard booth.

8 、 The booth fee in Trade and Sales area is 3,000 RMB/ standard booth ( 3m * 3m ). A participating team consisting of more than 10 enterprises can enjoy 2,000 RMB / standard booth ( 3m * 3m ), more than 20 enterprises--1000 RMB / standard booth.

9 、 Indoor booths and Trading and Sales booths are free of charge for overseas participating units and their branches in China. (the need to provide qualification proof)

10 、 Overseas participation units conducting outdoor sights have the naming right of the sights, and offered free accommodation for one or two persons.

11 、 Members of the C hina Flower Association participating in the Office are given a 15 percent discount on the standard booth price. Leading flower enterprises from each province, autonomous region, and municipality participating in the Office are given a 20 percent discount on the standard booth price.(the need to provide the valid proof)

12 、 Participants applying and remitting before January 1, 2009 are given a 30 percent discount on the booth price, before April 1, 2009 --a 15 percent discount, according to the remittance slip.

13 、 During the arranging and opening time of the Office, free working lunch will be offered to the exhibitors.

14 、 Two free opening ceremony tickets will be offered to each participation unit.

15 、 One Exhibition Catalogue will be provided freely to each participation unit. If the exhibition area reaches 27M 2 , the Office will link the merchant ' s logo on the homepage of the Office ' s website for one year.

16 、 The Shandong Provincial Executive Committee Office of the 7 th Expo reserves the rights of interpretation of these rules.

17 、 These rules shall come into force from the issuance date and abolished after the 7 th Expo.
